ORCKA Basic Level 4 solo
The Ontario Recreational Canoe and Kayak Association (ORCKA) has four levels of basic canoe skill certification. Level 1, 2 and 3 are tandem and level 4 is solo. This course covers solo Level 4 over a one and a half day program. This is a good introductory course for those who want a fundamental skill set for solo canoeing.
Prerequisite:
ORCKA Basic Canoeing Level 3, or equivalent certification, comparable skills, and experience (with permission of the course instructors).
