We have been teaching the ORCKA Basic Instructor course for over 15 years. Hundreds of successful students have gone on to work at camps, education institutes and other companies and organizations throughout Ontario. We focus on teaching skills to identify and correct paddling techniques and promote a positive experience for your classes. There are two components to this course. An online Zoom session will be held May 25th from 6:30PM to 9:30 PM. The practical session which will run 8:30 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday over the two weekends. Be prepared for a long day.
Please note that there are pre-course assignments. We suggest you sign up no less than two weeks before the course start start date or it will be difficult for you to complete the assignments.
